The commonly used waste disposal methods currently include comprehensive utilization, sanitary landfill, incineration, and composting. Nowadays, in order to protect the environment, restore blue skies and white clouds, and breathe fresh air, Xinxiang Dazhong Screening Machine Factory has collaborated with a local household waste treatment plant to develop a new specialized waste treatment machine (waste screening treatment) that can decompose leftover food, vegetables, and household waste.

Technical parameters:

working principle:
The bag breaking machine is driven by dual vibration motors. When two vibration motors rotate synchronously and in opposite directions, the excitation force generated by their eccentric blocks cancels each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and forms a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the motion trajectory of the screening machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of excitation force and material self gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and undergoes a jumping forward linear motion, thereby achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material.

Usage and maintenance:
Before starting the screening machine, it is necessary to check whether there are any obstacles that hinder the operation of the screening machine, whether the connecting bolts are tightened, especially the fixing bolts of the vibration motor, support seat, and screen plate, which need to be re tightened.
Check if the two vibration motors have opposite directions. If they have the same direction, change the power wiring of one motor to make the two vibration motors have opposite directions.
When the screening machine is running, start, run, and stop the machine with no load first to observe for any abnormal phenomena or sounds. When running smoothly and continuously for 4 hours, measure the bearing temperature, which should not exceed 75 º C. Tighten the connecting bolts of each part again, and repeat 2-3 times thereafter.
When running with material, the feeding should be uniform to ensure that the material is evenly distributed on the screen surface. If the material deviates, the feeding point should be adjusted.
Before stopping the screening machine, the feeding should be stopped first, and the machine should be stopped after the screening surface material has been removed. After shutdown, it is necessary to promptly clean the materials and debris on the screen surface.
